Xpansiv® Managed Solutions™ (formerly SRECTrade) simplifies participation in Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) and related clean fuel programs – helping fleet operators, EV charging networks and others generate, manage and monetize credits.

Xpansiv is the largest aggregator of on-road EV charging stations in the California LCFS and Oregon CFP programs. We produce over 500,000 clean fuel credits annually for participants across the California LCFS, Oregon CFP, Washington CFS, Canada CFR and British Columbia LCFS programs.

The Digital Fuels Registry™ provides a system for issuing, tracking, transferring and retiring Transport Emission Reduction Certificates (TERCs). It enables participants to document lifecycle emissions at the batch level – creating transparency and comparability for producers, distributors and corporate buyers.

The TERC program – a joint initiative of Eco-Energy, Xpansiv and other organizations – is a voluntary, market-based initiative aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions from transportation, focused on low-carbon fuel production and use across the United States.

CBL® provides transparent access to LCFS credits with live pricing, depth-of-book visibility and standardized execution workflows. Automated settlement streamlines transfers, while participation from diverse participants supports market liquidity.

Our team delivers full price discovery, identifies market-clearing terms and matches buyers and sellers in both OTC markets and exchange environments.
