How to Refer to Xpansiv Trademarks

You may use Xpansiv Trademarks only to refer to the products and services of Xpansiv and only so long as such references are truthful, fair, and comply with this Guide.  For example, you may refer to the XPANSIV™ electronic exchange, the Xpansiv™ computer software platform for electronic trading, or the DIGITAL FEEDSTOCK™ digital asset.  The following trademark ownership signature line should be included in any document or article containing an Xpansiv mark:  “Xpansiv® [or other Xpansiv mark(s) referenced] is a registered trademark of Xpansiv Systems, Inc.”

Prohibited Uses

Nothing contained on this Site should be construed as granting by any means and in any form any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site without the express written consent of Xpansiv or such third party that may own other trademarks displayed on the Site. Your misuse of the Trademarks displayed on the Site, or any other content on the Site is strictly prohibited. You are also advised that Xpansiv will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.

You may not incorporate the Xpansiv Trademarks into your own product names, service names, trademarks, logos, or company names and may not adopt marks or logos that are confusingly similar to the Xpansiv Trademarks. You may not use the Xpansiv Trademarks to suggest or imply that your business, product, services are endorsed by or otherwise affiliated with Xpansiv. You may not use the Xpansiv Trademarks in the name of your social media account or domain name. You may not use the Xpansiv Trademarks on any promotional merchandise that you are selling or distributing (such as key chains, hats, water bottles, etc.). You may not alter or distort the Xpansiv Trademarks or combine them with other words, images or designs or incorporate them into a tagline or slogan.

If you are a Licensee of any Xpansiv Trademarks, your license agreement may have special trademark usage guidelines that you are required to follow.
