Xpansiv Appoints Market Data Leader Andrea Remyn Stone to its Board of Directors

NEW YORK, LONDON, SYDNEY—Xpansiv,the leading infrastructure provider for the global energy transition markets, today announced the appointment of Andrea Remyn Stone to its Board of Directors. An experienced executive in market data and financial technology, Ms. Stone brings three decades of expertise to Xpansiv as it continues its strategic evolution into an integration, liquidity, and market data hub for the global energy transition markets.

Ms. Stone has served as a strategic advisor to the Xpansiv Board since May 2023.

“Andrea’s wealth of experience and expertise has proven invaluable in shaping our company’s strategic direction and decision-making processes,” said John Melby, CEO of Xpansiv. “We are thrilled to welcome her to the Board and are grateful for her continued commitment to guiding Xpansiv’s growth and innovation.”

Ms. Stone currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Zema Global Data Corporation, a premier provider of enterprise data and analytics solutions for multinational organizations. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), including CEO, Group Head of Data and Analytics and Chief Product Officer. She also served as Chief Customer Proposition Officer at Refinitiv, and has held executive roles at S&P, Dealogic, Bloomberg, and ION. In addition to her new role at Xpansiv, Stone sits on the board of Alkymi.io.
