Xpansiv Promotes Janet Mihalyfi to President, Managed Solutions
NEW YORK, LONDON, SYDNEY, Xpansiv, the leading market infrastructure provider for the global energy transition, today announced the promotion of Janet Mihalyfi to President, Managed Solutions. She previously held the position of Senior Vice President, Renewables at the Managed Solutions division of Xpansiv.
As President of Managed Solutions, Janet is responsible for guiding the strategic growth of Managed Solutions, as well as the business unit’s ongoing operations. In addition, Janet is a member of Xpansiv’s Management Team.

Xpansiv formed the Managed Solutions division when the company acquired SRECTrade in 2021. SRECTrade was, and remains, the largest independent technology platform for managing and selling solar and renewable energy credits in North America. Managed Solutions now provides full service management and transaction solutions for renewable energy, and it manages more than 1.5GW of renewable assets across the United States. The group offers similar services for EV charging assets, operating in clean energy compliance markets across North America. Janet joined the Xpansiv team with the company’s acquisition of SRECTrade.
